Breathwork coaching

Learn simple breathing techniques to get you going in the morning, balance you out during the day, or help you relax and prepare for sleep in the evening. Stimulate the vagus nerve to help manage stress and improve digestion by activating the parasympathetic (rest and digest) branch of your nervous system using your own breath.
